Thank you so much for taking the time to read the postings and thank you for the compliment. I know how good it feels to find out that A.D.D. does, indeed, exist and that you are not the only one who lives with it. I still remember that day when I came across the book &quot;Driven to Distraction&quot; and the book read like an autobiography. That kind of &quot;validation&quot; of one&#039;s struggles is so, so important.

I know many people who think ADD is nonsense, especially in adults. My life is testimony to the fact that it is real and can certainly have a detrimental effect on one&#039;s ability to be successful and Happy in life. Keep up the great work. Your frank and honest writing are much appreciated.</description>
