Strattera CAUSES Psychosis, Hallucinations and More…But Only in Europe

The manufacturer, Eli Lilly, has now changed the label for Strattera in Europe to include warnings that Strattera CAUSES "hallucinations, delusional thinking, mania or agitation in children and adolescents without a prior history of psychotic illness or mania … at usual doses."

    Actually, I have heard some of those stories — from the people who experienced them (or their parents).

    It happened more around the product’s release — docs were prescribing at far too high a dosage. After a few years disastrous experiments on humans guinea pigs, most docs finally caught on that they should start low and titrate slow(ly).

    Some, however, well, some graduated at the bottom of their class.
