Categories & Tags

Almost all of the Categories used on the blog refer to some aspect of Adult ADHD. There are a number of exceptions. For example, the category Children designate those posts concerning children with ADHD, whereas the category Pets has everything to do with pets and nothing to do with ADHD.  There are also a number of non-ADHD categories such as WritingSociety, Cooking, and WordPress. Of course, as often happens in any classification system, there can be a post that straddles ADHD and non-ADHD categories. An example of that is Writing and ADHD.

The Tags provide a more fine grained classification of the posts. If you are interested in a particular topic, such as Education, or Memory, then you’ll want to use the tags. Keep in mind that each post can have one or more tags. The result is that different tags may point to the same post.
