I remember back in High School my ADD wasn't that bad, but I was in the football team so that meant a lot of running. I was able to think more clearly and all that. It's been years now and I feel that my ADD has gotten worse, my previous relationship was horrible, I'm having problems with college, I have bad spending habits, I'm restless and I zone out a lot. This may be the time to get up off my butt and start doing some good ol' workout routines. haha I'm glad I read this.
