As both an A.D.D.er and an entrepreneur (I tell everyone I run a non-profit organization with the goal of someday making a profit) I’ve found these books to have been helpful in numerous ways. Since there is no such thing as a separation between your A.D.D. life and your business life, the business related books have had beneficial “crossover” effects in helping me deal with A.D.D. as have the A.D.D. books given me, at the minimum, a perspective on my business-related problems. Now…as for my marriage and family life…don’t ask!

Further down this page I have some links to Amazon for finding books on children and A.D.D./A.D.H.D. In addition there are links to relevant websites.

The “classic” text for A.D.D.ers and those who believe they are A.D.D. In a sense, this book put A.D.D. on the map. The authors are themselves A.D.D.
Odd One Out: The Maverick's Guide to Adult ADD When you are ready to truly manage your A.D.D. and make it a positive force in your life, get this book. It will guide you through the most important issues you will face as an A.D.D.er.
Many helpful techniques for organizing your life and all of the “stuff” that goes with it.

There are many more books to choose from. The one’s outlined here are suitable for adults. This link will take you to Amazon.com and will list books dealing with children and A.D.D./A.D.H.D.
