Odi et Amo

Our technology-filled world

I love my job. Though it is certainly a challenge, I’m working with dedicated people who believe in me and who I’ve come to trust. I think we’ll be able to accomplish some great things.

I hate the tools of my job, namely, the computer. It destroys the mental life, bombarding it with a never ending stream of visual stimuli.

I earn a living by using a computer.

This ‘living’ is torturing me.

"Odi et amo. Quare id faciam, fortasse requiris.
Nescio. Sed fieri sentio et excrucior."
"I hate and I love. Why do I do this, you may ask?
I do not know. But I feel it to be happening and
 I am tortured."
